MASALA CHAI
Chai is my all time any time hot drink. Immediately after landing India I crave for my masala chai . I have been living in Canada for now more than 16 yrs  but still never got that same taste like back home chai. Classic and flavorful  Masala Chai is enjoyed best when we are with our family enjoying gossips, having fun with friends or on a long drive with your loved ones on a cool winter day.
The main ingredients of masala tea are cardamon, Cloves, Fennel seeds, dry ginger powder,
peppercorns, cinnamon  star anise (optional). The mixture is grinded to make fine powder.  This is then added in black tea with milk and sugar. Since Masala has different spices it has health benefits therefore very common in families.
Street foods are no doubt tempting but make sure it's prepared and cooked in clean conditions and follow the hygiene standards so that it's safe to eat.
